Natural Spring

In the back yard of 701 Seventh Ave resides Peoria's Oldest Water Works - a natural spring that once pumped water to hundreds of homes. Through this steel panel, the natural spring is accessible in a cavern of bricked structures dating the very early 1800's.

GOOSE LAKE was created from the overflow from this natural spring and was originally located across the street from 701 Seventh Ave in an area now populated by apartments (2006) and other residential property.
